If you have questions about your coverage or other health care account information, you can schedule a time to have a CareFirst representative reach out to you — at your convenience. Log into My Account and schedule a call back today.
- Send a Secure Email
When you need answers to your personal health insurance coverage, you may reach out to us securely through email. Log into My Account and click on the Communication Center or New Messages link in the top orange navigation.
- Call Your CareFirst Representative
Call the member services number on the back of your member ID Card to speak to a CareFirst representatives, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
