Baltimore, MD (March 21, 2016) - If you are an individual member who purchased coverage directly through CareFirst in 2015, we would like to hear from you if you recently changed your address.

It’s vital we have the most current mailing address for you, so we can send important tax forms, such as your 1095B, and other information for your files/record.

Please visit My Account and go to "My Profile" to update your address and any other incorrect information.
