If you select a non-Health Savings Account (HSA) BlueHPN plan*, you have convenient access to $0 virtual care for primary care and mental health visits. The $0 virtual care benefit is available through CloseKnit, a virtual first primary care practice. Members who are 18 and older can access virtual care nationwide and chat with a provider through the easy-to-use app, 24/7/365 with immediate availability for appointments.
Through this benefit, you’ll have access to a dedicated care team, and you can even choose CloseKnit as your primary care provider (PCP). Across the country, CloseKnit care teams treat most illnesses virtually and can connect members with in-person care if needed with local providers through the CareFirst network or via the Blue Cross Blue Shield National Doctor and Hospital Finder. The CloseKnit care team can also help with appointment scheduling, enrollment support, and more.
