Joseph G. Hall
Joe Hall has served as a member of the CareFirst of Maryland, Inc. (CFMI) Board since December 2006. He was elected Chair of the CFMI Board and a member of the CareFirst, Inc. Board effective January 1, 2013.
He joined Goldman Sachs & Co. as Vice President in September of 2004. Prior to Goldman, he held senior management posts at The George Washington University, The American Red Cross and The Catholic University of America.
In 2000, Hall founded his second company, Acumen Global, Inc., producer of iConfer™, a web-based multi-media application for training and corporate communications. He served as Chairman of Acumen Global until its sale to PADCO in 2004.
Hall has served on a number of corporate and nonprofit boards, including the Middle East Institute, the Washington Latin School, and the Young Americas Business Trust of the Organization of American States, where he served as Vice Chair. He is currently a member of the National Council on American Politics.
