There are no claim forms to fill out and no limit to the number of times you can use the card. These discounts are only available at participating pharmacies.

Answer: You are getting this discount drug card as a CareFirst member who has a medical plan that does not include prescription drug coverage. If you cancel your current CareFirst coverage or purchase a CareFirst product with prescription drug coverage, this discount drug card will be cancelled.
Answer: The discount drug card is provided for your entire household, including your dependents, as long as you as the policyholder maintain your existing CareFirst coverage. If you terminate your existing coverage, the discount drug card for your entire household will be terminated.
