RxSavingsPlus is a free discount drug savings program offered to all CareFirst members without drug coverage. It is not insurance, it’s a free discount drug card that helps you lower your drug costs. With RxSavingsPlus, you always pay the lowest price. If your pharmacy offers a lower price than the discount offered, you will pay the lower drug price!

Save more through Mail Service
Take advantage of mail service, a fast and accurate home delivery service that gives you a convenient way to order your prescriptions. You can order your prescriptions by mail or order online.
- For the fastest service call and ask for FastStart
Simply call 1-877-673-3688 and ask for FastStart service. Please have your RxSavingsPlus ID number, prescription information (including your doctor's name and phone number), shipping address and credit card information ready.

You should allow 10-14 days for delivery of your medication from the day you mail your order. Standard shipping is free. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
