Blue Rewards Incentive
You will receive your CareFirst Blue Rewards Visa® Incentive Card once you or your covered spouse/domestic partner complete the reward steps. One card will be issued to the policyholder for all members covered under your policy. Additional amounts earned during your benefit period will be automatically added to your card.
Once you complete the four steps, most members will receive the incentive card in 10-14 days.
If you have a plan with a health savings account (HSA) option, you will typically receive the incentive card once you have met the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) minimum deductible for an HSA plan. In some circumstances, you may be able to receive your incentive card right away if certain requirements are met. Log in to My Account to check your eligibility.
Your incentive card can be used toward your annual deductible or other out-of-pocket costs like copays or coinsurance related to eligible expenses (medical, prescription drug, dental and vision) under your CareFirst health plan. You have until the end of your benefit period to use your incentive card.
NOTE: The incentive card may not apply to all members who buy insurance through their employer. Log in to My Account for your reward information.
The CareFirst Blue Rewards Visa Incentive Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Cards may be used only at merchants in the U.S. and District of Columbia wherever Visa debit cards are accepted for eligible expenses. See Cardholder Agreement for details.
